1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing betaa.vu and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Bet AA are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the point of deposit in your account.

5 Withdrawals

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Bet AA are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event or market in question. General betting rules are set out here; sport-specific rules are published within the relevant betting section of the platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to system issues are not valid and any staked amount will be returned.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change after you submit your betslip but before confirmation, you will be shown the new odds and given the option to accept or decline.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned or where odds were published in clear error. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to your account balance.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL matches, football and other sports are subject to faster odds movements and brief suspension periods during key moments. Bets submitted during a suspended period will not be accepted.
• Maximum Winnings: Bet AA applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant market. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the stated limit may be reduced or declined.
• Obvious Errors: Bet AA reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error, regardless of whether bets have already been settled.

7 Casino and Games

The Bet AA casino section includes slots, live dealer tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), crash games, virtual sports and bingo. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time play with human dealers streamed directly to your device.

• Return to Player (RTP): RTP percentages for slots and casino games are set by the game providers and are available within each game's information panel. RTP is calculated over the long term across all players and does not guarantee individual results.
• Game Interruptions: In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a casino game session, Bet AA's system will attempt to complete the round using the last known game state. If the round cannot be determined, the stake for that round may be returned.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

Bet AA offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games and expiry periods. • Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) to be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested from bonus-derived funds.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute at a higher rate than live casino or sports betting. The contribution rates for each game type are specified in the individual bonus terms.

9 Responsible Gaming

Bet AA does not accept bets from players who have self-excluded. If you attempt to register a new account during a self-exclusion period, that account will be closed on detection.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Bet AA reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing involvement or use of automated betting software.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or misuse of payment systems.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour directed at Bet AA staff or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will generally be returned to the player via the original deposit method, unless the closure is related to suspected fraud or legal obligation.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If your reason for closure relates to problem gambling, we will process the request as a self-exclusion rather than a standard closure to provide additional protection.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet AA platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access by anyone under 18 years of age to a Bet AA account.
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical glitches, software errors or incorrectly displayed odds.

12 Limitation of Liability

Bet AA provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime and service reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors or data loss at all times.

• Bet AA is not liable for any loss of opportunity to place a bet due to platform downtime, connection issues or market suspension.

• Our total liability to you in respect of any single incident is limited to the amount of your available account balance at the time of that incident.
